Futajima River Park City
At this development site, there was a Japan's first plate glass manufacturing factory (Nippon Sheet Glass Company Wakamatsu Plant, established in 1919 and discontinued in 1977). In this area, there is a National Route 199 (which connects Wakamatsu-ku Kitakyushu-shi and Yahatanishi-ku Kitakyushu-shi), the Chikuho Main Line (a railway line operated by Kyushu Railway Company (JR Kyushu)), and Fukuoka Prefectural Route 26 Kitakyushu Ashiya line (principal local roads).
Therefore, this development site is located in an important place in traffic.
By using such advantage of being located in a good area, in the meantime, by maintaining close cooperation with "Kitakyushu Renaissance Plan" (Two of the four major projects of Kitakyushu-shi, "Kitakyushu Science and Research Park" and " Hibikinada Yellow Sea Rim Hub Port Plan "are under way in Wakamatsu-ku) which pursues development of new urban space, we set four spaces (Commercial Complex Zone, Welfare Zone, Residential Zone, and Riverfront Zone) that have close relationship with the people in the local community and continuously develop them.

Solar Photovoltaic Project
In connection with the introduction of "the all-quantity buyback program for renewable energy", our company started a solar photovoltaic project by using idle land in March 2014.
Currently, 4 Solar Power Plants are in operation (the total amount of the power generation output is about 4,800kW). Two of which, "Goraku Solar Power Plant" and "Nakajima Solar Power Plant", are in Nakama-shi, Fukuoka, and remaining two of which, "Takeo ① Solar Power Plant" and "Takeo ② Solar Power Plant", are in Takeo-shi, Saga.
We will intend to achieve the effective use of assets and endeavor to promote eco-friendly "renewable energy". We will contribute to society by fulfilling our social responsibility to reduce environmental burden etc.
